TPU Production Technician 生产技术员

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a passionate and skilled TPU Production Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our TPU production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to all company safety regulations and procedures, operating and monitoring production equipment, performing routine inspections, and maintaining accurate production records. This position involves shift work, including day and night shifts. Key responsibilities include executing production plans, performing system checks, handling material transfers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to analyze and solve basic production problems. While not strictly required, experience with DCS, extrusion compounding, and possessing relevant certifications (hazardous materials handling, forklift, pressure pipeline) are highly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strictly implement company safety regulations, policies, and other requirements, strictly adhere to the company's four major safety principles, and ensure the work position is in a good safety state. * Participate in safety activities and requirements organized by the factory and department, including various safety training or drills, proposing safety suggestions, reporting Near Miss or safety incidents and cooperating with investigations, and departmental team safety activities. * Strictly abide by the "Lubrizol China Employee Handbook" to ensure personal daily behavior complies with all requirements of the employee handbook. * Strictly follow SOP and production operating procedures, execute system checks before starting the TPU production line, start and stop according to planned requirements, clean the system during batch switching, operate the polyester polyol reactor (including sampling and adding catalysts), and keep clear, complete, and truthful records. * Perform daily production and shift inspections. Follow inspection routes and key points to carefully check the production site for any abnormalities in equipment, instruments, storage tanks, raw materials, and finished products, and truthfully record the inspection content on the inspection form according to requirements, ensuring the punctuality, truthfulness, and effectiveness of inspections. * Ensure clear, complete, and effective operational information communication with other team members or the production shift leader throughout the entire production process, and promptly report any abnormal information during production. * Carefully complete the handover of work between shifts to ensure the clarity, completeness, and effectiveness of the handover. * Complete OEP work in the responsibility area with other team members according to the plan, including 6S, AM, and other activities, to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and good operation of the production site and equipment. Report equipment failures to the shift leader in a timely manner. * Participate in process and production operation training. * Comply with supervisor's requests for substitute duties when necessary. * Complete other job responsibilities assigned by superiors. * Working hours include day shifts and night shift rotation. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: * Education Background: * High school, vocational school education or above * Technical Skills: * Ability to analyze and solve basic production problems * High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit * Ability to lead contractors to complete work * Basic computer operation skills * Ability to understand basic English, including English labels and PID diagrams * Basic knowledge of pump start/stop and valve operation * Basic SAP operation skills (warehouse transfer and label printing) * Understand the basic concepts of 5S and be able to implement them * Understand the basic concepts of ERT and have ERT experience * Ability to train new employees * Ability to provide reasonable suggestions for daily workflow improvements * Other Experiences Preferred: * 2+ years of experience in chemical plant operations * DCS operation experience is preferred * Experience in extrusion compounding operation is preferred * Possession of a hazardous materials operating license, forklift operation certificate, and pressure pipeline permit is preferred.
