Rate of Pay: $170,000 - $195,000
Job Duties: Responsible for the engineering, development and operations of enterprise-wide platform services (specifically Azure VPCx, Databricks, Synapse and others, both on-premises and in the cloud), in support of Data & Analytics initiatives. In partnership with data solutions teams, design and implement scalable, extensible, and highly available data pipelines on various data sets that will enable impactful insights and drive innovation for Johnson & Johnson. Lead architecture, design, and implementation effort that is scalable to the region, sector, and franchise level. Collaborate with respective platform service owners to define service road maps, drive innovation, and ensure service SLAs for our business partners are met. Ensure that business and technical solution architecture is complete and meets partner requirements, including schedules and budgets. Identify solution patterns, evaluate fit-for-purpose, and define framework for software re-use. Implement Databricks, Platform, and Intelligent Automation capabilities to improve owned service efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience. Develop operational dashboards with key performance metrics.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technology Manager, Data Platform CDL-related occupation.
