The Sr. Supply Chain Planning Systems Analyst serves as a functional authority and user side technical leader for Oracle ERP/SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT applications. This role acts as the voice of the business user, ensuring Oracle upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and ongoing system operations meet business needs, adhere to governance standards, and deliver a high-quality user experience. This position partners closely with IT, process owners, and business leadership to lead testing efforts, influence system design decisions, and proactively improve system performance and usability. The role requires deep Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Oracle Cloud system knowledge, strong business process understanding, and the ability to guide others through complex system changes. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise SCM Planning Systems and is part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, located in the United States, and will be fully remote.
Strong understanding of ERP and/or SCM processes, such as:
Proven experience working with the user community providing training and leading UAT or implementation activities Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cross-functional system impacts

The salary range for this role is $103,500 to $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and Retirement Benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
