We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable _Sr. Production Associate I_ to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental to this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products.
D-Shift hours will be 7:00pm-7:00am Thurs. PM - Sun. AM, and every other Wed. PM-Thurs. AM.

The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
