The Position The Sr. Inside Sales Representative drives qualified pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in scientific and technical markets. This role blends sales development expertise with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior representatives, collaborate closely with sales and marketing, and provide customer‑driven insights that influence product and go‑to‑market strategies. The position requires strong independent judgment, proactive decision‑making, and the ability to prioritize high‑value opportunities that support long‑term organizational growth. Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of inside sales, sales development, or technical business development experience. - Proven success generating pipeline in scientific, engineering, or advanced manufacturing markets. - Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. - Experience executing multi‑channel outreach strategies and conducting in‑depth discovery conversations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specialized audiences. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market signals and provide actionable insights. - Experience collaborating with marketing, product, or technical teams on campaigns or content. - Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring or coaching junior team members. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a scientific instrumentation, biotech, or advanced manufacturing environment (e.g., RheoSense or similar).
