Job Description
The Senior Product Manager, ATC Expansion & Access Innovation,is responsible fordriving the execution and scaling of Market Access–led solutions that expand CAR‑T access. This roleoperatesat the intersection of product, operations, and provider strategy—owning delivery of key initiatives, including the Kite Apheresis Program, decentralization, and emerging market-shaping solutions.
This individual will act as aproduct owner foraccessinnovation, translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment across Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). Success in this role is defined byprogram implementation, site activation, and measurable expansion of capacity and access.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Apheresis Access Solutions
- Supportexecution to scalethe Kite Apheresis Program to ~20 sites, ensuring geographic coverage across target ATCs
- Drive end-to-end execution of third-party apheresis integration, including contracting, onboarding, and activation
- Develop and manageresourcesfor market shaping initiatives(playbooks/site enablement tools)
- Track delivery milestones, risks, and performance across all participating sites
- Develop and pilot innovations in apheresis access, including decentralized and alternative site-of-care models
- Partner cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Operations) to remove apheresis-related access barriers
Product Delivery: Decentralization Enablement
- Identifyand enable opportunities to expand apheresis and CAR‑T capabilities beyond traditional centers
- Partner with Field and ATC Expansion teams to deploy decentralized models (e.g., apheresis networks, shared care pathways)
- Define and track success metrics (site readiness, capacity unlocked, time to activation)
Platform Implementation: Digital & RPM Solutions
- Supportimplementation of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) anddigital enablement platforms (e.g., Canopy)
- Drive site onboarding, training, and adoption of digital solutions
- Monitor performance,identifygaps, and iterate to improve adoption and outcomes
Field-Facing Product Enablement
- Serve as theproduct partner to Field teams (KADs, NADs/RADs)to ensure successfulexecution at the site level
- Develop clear product communications, deployment tools, and execution guides
- Rapidly translate field insights intoproduct improvements and enhancements
- Support issue resolution across contracting, onboarding, and implementation barriers
Execution Support: Market-Shaping Initiatives
- Partnerwith ATC Expansion Enablement leadership to operationalize new access models and pilots
- Support execution of provider contracting, site engagement, and pilot deployment
- Build execution plans and support transition frompilot → early scale
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to plan
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience inproduct management, program management, or operationswithin healthcare, biotech, or complex provider environments
- Strong understanding ofprovider networks, site onboarding, and contracting workflows
- Demonstrated ability todrive delivery across cross-functional teamsand manage complex implementations
- Experience launching or scaling programs (e.g., pilots, operational rollouts, platform adoption)
- Strong analytical and execution skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
