Find your future at Revvity. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a channel/partner strategy for the GCC & Middle East region (excluding Turkey) covering distributors, system integrators, end-user labs, imaging facilities, pre-clinical research organisations, biopharma sites. - Manage existing distributors and recruit/qualify new channel partners: set commercial terms, quotas, training, performance review, incentive schemes and joint business plans. - Drive sales of our portfolio via channels: reproductive health diagnostic kits and systems, life sciences instruments/automation (sample prep, imaging, high‐content, animal imaging), infectious disease assays including T-SPOT.TB automation and workflows. - Oversee distributor performance: sales pipeline, forecasting, margin management, inventory, promotional programmes, joint marketing activities. - Work closely with regional product line managers, marketing, technical service, regulatory teams to support launches, regulatory clearance (KSA, UAE, GCC), customer training, after‐sales support. - Deep knowledge of the KSA market: major labs, public/private healthcare networks, life sciences research institutes, automation budgets and procurement cycles. - Monitor competitor activities, distributor landscape, market trends (diagnostics automation, animal imaging, HCS), and communicate insights to global management. - Attend partner conferences, industry trade shows, distributors meetings, and represent Revvity in the region. - Travel regionally (GCC/ME) as required (30-40%) and engage with cross‐functional global teams. **Key Requirements / Candidate Profile** - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent); advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus. - 8-12 years’ experience in sales or channel management in the diagnostics/life sciences/automation industry, with strong exposure in the GCC & Middle East, and specifically in KSA. - Proven success in managing distributors/channels, achieving sales targets via indirect model in the region. - Strong operational understanding of automation, high‐content screening, imaging systems, animal imaging or instrumentation business; also a strong diagnostics portfolio (reproductive health, infectious disease) is highly desirable. - Deep network in KSA and GCC: major labs, life sciences research institutes, distributor community, procurement organisations. - Deep knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks and regional logistics requirements, including SFDA, MOHAP, DHA, and other local authority approvals, as well as distributor importation processes, warehousing, cold-chain management, and customs regulations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to develop joint business plans, manage complex distributor ecosystems, and drive growth through partners. - Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred. - Travel readiness across the region. - Strong analytical skills: forecasting, pipeline management, channel metrics, margin discipline. **Preferred but Not Mandatory** - Prior experience launching diagnostic/automation solutions in Saudi Arabia (including registration/clearance, local regulations). - Understanding of Gulf healthcare/regulatory environment, distributor contracts, incentive models, and public/private procurement dynamics. - Experience in pre-clinical research or animal imaging business in the region.
