Regional Security Advisor

How You’ll Make an Impact As a Regional Security Advisor IMEA & APAC, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for providing tactical and strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the corporation’s global security initiatives for all Lubrizol chemical manufacturing, research, sales, and logistics operations within the IMEA and APAC regions. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 1. Support the tactical and strategic corporate security initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility. - Manage implementation and ongoing performance of strategic security guard contracts. - Manage corporate security technology initiatives. - Milestone video management system - S2 access control system - Coordinate and unify system implementation and support efforts between Regional IS and local administrators. - Conduct security vulnerability assessments for all locations. - Conduct security audits for all locations. - Support physical site security design projects as subject matter expert. - Manage implementation of physical security standards. 2. Function as the S2 and Milestone Regional Administrator for the IMEA and APAC Regions, including global support as needed. 3. Support global security initiatives, including security vulnerability assessment and audit completion. 4. Provide Travel Risk Management support within region, with response and follow up to automated crisis communications. 5. Assist in implementation projects across all functional areas of physical security as needed. Travel requirements: Position requires domestic and international travel to support site security initiatives. Travel away from home office is estimated around 20%.
