About the Role

Join Perrigo as a **Receptionist** and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly every day. In this position, you will support office and facilities activities, help create a welcoming and well‑organized workplace, and work closely with the local team to ensure everything runs efficiently. Will ensure individuals feel welcomed and are made aware of any required facility information whilst being present on site. * Handles telephone calls as required for the facility * Provides day-to-day support for the facility team including obtaining quotations from vendors as and when required negotiations of prices * Manage the courier and postal services for the facility. Including providing guidance to functions on vendors to utilize when costs are to come out of their own budget * Ensure the facility is reviewed for its cleanliness and suitability by preparing meeting rooms and any respective kitchen area. * Act as the main liaison with any security and cleaning vendors * Will coordinate the set up and take down of events, daily routine of checking supplies including ordering, stocking as necessary * Support the facilities activities of new starters / on and off boarding. * Manage all onsite catering provisions for the communal facility * Support on data gathering and compilation as required * Process Perrigo agreements, manage agreements data base and scanning and sending agreements * Process of sending and registering fines for company cars. ## **Experience Required** * At least 1 year of experience in an office assistant, receptionist, facilities, or administrative role * Facilities Management or Health & Safety qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is a plus * Problem solving and decision making skills * Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment are critical for the position’s success * Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio or MS Project advantageous) * SAP experience preferred * Very good communication skills in Polish and English (verbal and written) including proven ability to represent Perrigo in a professional manner * Demonstrable ability to prioritize, handle interruptions, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to successfully meet daily goals is required. * Professional, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
