Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data collection systems, performing data cleansing and transformation, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus.
