The Global Program Management (PgM) team serves as a trusted advisor across the organization, bringing clarity, focus, and structure to REWS’ highest priority cross-functional initiatives. The REWS Launch Team is a career development platform designed to build an agile talent layer into the organization. Through two 9-12 month rotations across various functional groups, team members develop a holistic view of the business and establish strong cross-functional connections. This team serves as a structured pathway for professionals ready to build operational breadth and gain experience while navigating a wide range of disciplines across REWS and Google.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
