About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the processing of sales orders, for the UK, EU and International Markets , as well as resolving customer queries and claims, to support the end-to-end orders to cash process.
Scope of the Role
* Provide customer support, administer customer services processes and liaise within the company on behalf of the customer
* Receive and process customer orders by EDI (electronic data interchange), email or portal, and respond to enquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered
* Provide customers with accurate delivery dates and liaise with planning team to ensure SAP delivery dates are aligned with availability
* Research using available information resources and resolve customer issues, if necessary, redirect issues to appropriate resources and or escalate issues requiring urgent attention
* Serve as a point person for coordination of customer service plans
Experience Required
* 1–3 years customer service experience (in a highly regulated business – an advantage)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Skills in Microsoft applications to medium level (pivot tables & lookups an advantage)
* Experience of SAP or similar ERP system
