You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

In this role, you will support executive leaders within the Data Cloud Storage team, which delivers world leading storage infrastructure and trusted, innovative and efficient solutions to store the world’s information in the AI era.

As a People Partner and a leadership team member, you will address organizational issues with people-focused solutions aligned with business goals. You will develop a data-driven people strategy to empower Googlers, innovating work processes and collaborating cross-functionally on talent acquisition, development, motivation, retention, and organizational structure. You will be involved in direct collaboration with Google teams to execute programs in compensation, performance management, and talent development.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities

• Consult with Google's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Google.
• Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
• Provide expertise in the following areas: talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations and strategic development.
