In this role, you will:
* High School Diploma or GED with any years of experience
* Strong foundation in manufacturing experience
* Proficiency in math and reading skills for comprehending Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Batch Records
* Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
* Excellent communication skills
* Evidence of strong team interaction and leadership abilities
* Familiarity with Microsoft Applications
* Knowledge of GMP's and Food Sanitation in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry
* Technical skills in operating and maintaining packaging equipment
* Problem-solving skills in a structured environment
* Ability to work under close supervision and follow established guidelines
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement
* Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
* Considerable standing. Walking, bending reaching and lifting up to 42 pounds.
* Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination is required.
* This position requires the manual packaging of products.
Positions can be staffed across all three shifts based on business needs. Weekend, holiday, and overtime may be required to meet business or customer needs.
The salary for this position ranges from $17.04 to $28.40 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
