The Operator – Isotope Production will be an integral part of bringing RayzeBio’s innovative drug products to patients in need. As Operator within the Isotope Production department, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of an isotope production program that will manufacture the clinical and commercial scale radioisotopes for RayzeBio’s drug products. This individual will be part of a team responsible for producing RayzeBio’s isotopes under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, you will be the front line in ensuring compliance with radiation safety requirements on the production floor.
This position will report to the Supervisor – Isotope Production. Operator level will be evaluated with experience and qualifications.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for long periods.
This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment, protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working in a laboratory environment _with radioactive materials._
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Indianapolis - RayzeBio - IN: $31.07 - $37.64per hour
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
