DESCRIPTION
Shift:
* 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, M-F
A Day in the Life:
* Operate Machinery: Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments.
* Setup and Maintenance: Participate in line opening and machine setup.
* Compliance: Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.
* Quality Control: Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance. Continuously supervise products for defects.
* Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to improve the production process.
* Training: Assist in training and developing peers.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
* Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
* Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
* Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
* Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.
