The Operations Director is responsible for oversight of activities in production and manufacturing. This position is a critical role providing leadership to the Cortland, NY Plant of 300+ associates. In this role the Operations Director will develop processes that will maximize safety, quality, productivity and followership for Manufacturing Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering, and Materials.
This position reports to the VP Operations North America and Energy+ and is part of the Operations team located in Cortland NY and is an on-site role.

The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $215,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
