Influence senior decision-makers across the organization, navigate competing interests with diplomacy and confidence, and build strong cross-functional partnerships that enable project success. Represent projects in high-visibility forums and deliver executive-level presentations with clarity and impact. Negotiate effectively to achieve project objectives in complex, multi-party environments.
• Technical Project Planning & Execution – Create project plans and schedules independently for standard projects; accurately identify critical path and dependencies; monitor project performance using key metrics including schedule variance and milestone achievement; adapt plans based on changing circumstances while maintaining project objectives

Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively, serving as a stabilizing force under pressure. Transform risk events and project challenges into opportunities for process improvement and organizational learning. Develop risk-adjusted timelines and scenario plans that provide leadership with clear visibility into potential outcomes.
