Job Description
* This role will eventually relocate to Gilroy in 2027
**Primary Function of Position**
Perform Cyclic Counts for the raw materials Inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible to run reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
**Essential Job Duties**
* Ensure compliance to inventory procedure.
* Accurately counting for assigned locations.
* Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues.
* Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas.
* Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover.
* Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Assist in activities related with materials purge.
* Scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
* Cycle counter, Warehouse or Assembly technician experience. Inventory control knowledge.
* Experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift.
* Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Basic English (written/spoken). Knowledge of MS office.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
* Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required
Required Education and Training
* Minimum High School / Technical career.
Working Conditions
* Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
* Driving experience desirable but not required
