Shifts Available:
• 1st shift (5am-1pm)
• 2nd shift (1pm-9pm)
• 3rd shift (9pm-5am)
***Starting wage: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following safety policies, procedures and all required GMP's and applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform a variety of duties to assemble all types and sizes of product, components, and sub-assemblies using a variety of standard and specialty assembly machines or hand operations. May be required to press, bond, solder, flare, strip, clamp, sand, weld, mount/takedown or inspect for appearance, gauging of parts by “no-go” or “go” gauges and set fixtures.
- After initial training, shows the ability to consistently meet daily production goals while building a high-quality product, part or subassembly to specification.
- Set up, operates, perform minor maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow department procedures on material replenishment.
- Assists in training of manufacturing personnel.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate well with others.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Minimum of one (1) year manufacturing or production related experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend and consistently follow specifications written in English.
- Able to perform basic math calculations and use measuring devices and tools.
- Meets or exceeds dexterity requirements.
- Ability to successfully demonstrate visual accuracy through company-approved program.
- Displays a positive attitude.
- Able to work flexible and/or extended hours.
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
Department Specific Requirements:
- _TM II Nitinol / Denali (Filters):_ Requires extended periods of microscope work, greater attention to detail, pass department certifications to successfully load filters.
- _TM II Ultra Score / Crossers / Wovens (Pad Print-Distal Tips)_ : Mechanical aptitude for machine setup, process 30+ items from various departments, and understands business impact to teams providing product for.
- _TM II 023’s (Balloon Ties)_ : Must have greater attention to detail, work safely with razor blades, fine motor skills, and be able to visually inspect for balloon defects.
- _TM II True (Bladder Station, Final Consolidation and Longitudinal Panels)_ : Must have greater attention to detail, work safely with razor blades, fine motor skills, and be able to visually inspect for balloon defects.
- _TM II Conquest/SA_ : Must have mechanical aptitude, and provide technical support to surrounding team members. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, and endurance of moderate chemical expose during spray operations.
- _TM II Final Packaging Operator (Building 1)_ : Must have greater attention to detail in relation to DHR/LHR and GMP specifications, along with performing the 899 Process, and completing JDE tasks. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, and process packaging items from various departments.
Training Requirements:
- On-the-Job, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) required for position, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Physical Demands:

Ability to work under magnification for long periods of time. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 30 lbs. (over 30 lbs. with assistance). Repetitive use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and/or perform repetitive hand/wrist movement.

May require some exposure to chemicals used in manufacturing processes. Some minor physical inconvenience or discomfort occasionally present in the work situation (moderate noise, disagreeable odors, etc.). Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
