Work Schedule : Rotating 12-hour shift from 7:30PM to 7:30AM EST, operating on a two-week cycle. Week 1 includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 includes Wednesday and Thursday.

The Maintenance Technician, Calibration offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of precision, problem-solving, and advanced manufacturing operations. This role is interesting because it combines mechanical and electrical expertise with calibration accuracy, process improvement, and real impact on equipment performance and product quality. It provides a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical skills, take ownership of critical systems, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
Associate degree with 1+ years of relevant experience OR;
High School diploma with 3+years of relevant experience or vocational training.
Technical Certificate or higher preferred.
Possesses intermediate mechanical and electrical skills with relevant education, basic machine shop and hand tool experience, proficiency in computer systems including electronic work orders, and the ability to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift to 50 pounds; no lifting greater than 40.09 pounds without assistance. Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and use required office equipment. Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screens.
