About the role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with Indian social security regulations and taxation laws, and utilizing HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, or Darwin box. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, strong technical skills, adaptability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, composure under pressure, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
