Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates or revises standard operating procedures
- Performs activities related to the maintenance of assigned buildings, operational services, repairs - resolves daily facility and service issues; assists with and monitors the work of contract service providers for repairs and services; performs any required emergency repairs
- Supports leasehold improvement projects, site moves and relocation of facilities and services
- Normally receives limited instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
- Familiar with GMP Processes and QA paperwork processing.
- Maintains Training requirements for department to ensure all staff meet their annual training requirements.
- Assists with utility databases and monthly / quarterly reporting
- Responsible for producing monthly management reporting, data analysis and KPI reporting to senior Facilities management.
- Provides hands-on guidance to lower-level technicians, specialists and services assistants.
- Coordinates maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor.
- Provides Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) support enterprise-wide
- Provides assistance in updating, creating, and assigning work orders including corrective work from both GMP and non-GMP systems to the appropriate functional areas
- Provides general maintenance support as designated by supervisor to include production equipment
- Manages assigned projects through completion with limited direct supervision and provides support to projects related to necessary site moves and relocation of facilities and services
- Required to be in an On Call Rotation
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations as required by particular site on a daily basis
The salary range for this position is: $86,275.00 - $111,650.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
