The Country Manager, Puerto Rico serves as the most senior Beckman Coulter leader and legal representative in Puerto Rico, with full accountability for enterprise strategy, commercial performance, organizational leadership, and external representation.
This role holds end‑to‑end accountability for shaping and executing the country’s strategic direction, including evolving the go‑to‑market model and advancing sustainable growth, margin performance, and long‑term customer partnerships. The breadth of scope, depth of decision‑making authority, and level of internal and external influence required are consistent with an M3 leadership role.
This position reports to the _Latin America Vice President_ and is part of _Commercial area_ located in _Puerto Rico_ and will be an on-site role. This position is part of the Latin America Organization, willing to travel 50 % of the time serving time serving Caribbean countries.
