About the Role

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily: * Learn and master controlled substance order management * Keep documents filed in an accurate and timely manner. **_Roles and Responsibilities_** * Gather receiving paperwork and create transfer documentation for relocation. * Identify customer orders in business software to be fulfilled by newly arrived products. * Perform checks to confirm all required regulations are met with available information. * Reach out to customer service or customer for any missing information. * When all checks confirmed, complete processing of order in business software and release. * File incoming paperwork for controlled substances as required. * Record required data on various trackers. * File shipping paperwork as required. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Essential** * Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce * Excellent attention to detail * Willingness to learn IFS business system, US government regulations and requirements. **Preferred** * Customer service and/or legal background **Competencies & Behaviours** * Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere and to work independently * Excellent attention to detail, well organised, innovative * Highly self-motivated * Strong team player * Effective communicator **Physical Requirements** * While performing duties of this job, the employee may be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds * The individual will experience repetitive motion due to use of computer
