The Research Chemist is responsible for PR&D projects, beginning at costing through conclusion or scale-up. Chemists work in both a team and individual capacity to ensure customer satisfaction through safe channels.

The salary range for the position of Research Chemist is $70,000 - $120,000. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law. This salary range is provided in good faith and is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
