Perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, including peptide mapping, A280, LCMS, size exclusion chromatography, fraction collection, or other routine methods. Sample preparation, distribution, and data collection, understanding of how to process data from chromatograms is a must.
