Associate R&D Process Scientist

Perrigo is currently hiring for an Associate R&D Process Scientist to lead scale-up of new infant formulas from development to full-scale production, overseeing change control, risk assessment, and factory trials while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Pilot Plant, Operations, Quality, and Planning. Support manufacturing sites on continuous improvement opportunities in recipe and processing, driving optimization and renovation initiatives through root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of cost-reduction strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Develop and implement new process capabilities via feasibility trials and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall product quality.
