We are looking for anAssociate Director, Global Data Science & Analytics to join our Medical Devices team on-site in Santa Clara, CA. This new team member will be responsible for overseeing activities within the Global Data Science & Analytics team related to the Vascular business unit. You will lead and execute data analytics projects that generate impactful real-world evidence and insights related to medical device technology, relevant disease states, and healthcare economics. In addition, you will support digital health and data science initiatives. You will work with different types of real-world data, developing creative ways to analyze and present your results. As a leader of the GDSA team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs, develop strategy, identify appropriate data sources and analytic methods, and execute projects on specified timelines. You will lead a cross-functional team of clinical researchers, analysts, data scientists, and data engineers in project planning and execution. You will interact with key opinion leaders in the healthcare space, including physicians, regulators, and payors. Your work will support healthcare decisions by patients, physicians, health authorities, payers, and policy makers.
