TheFinance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Finance leader.
As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicantsare required tobe geographically flexible and mobile for theFLDPand post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection.Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.
TheFLDPis a two-year program set to occur betweenJuly 20, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will completefour, six-month rotationsthat provide strategic direction while gainingproficiencywith our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities willinclude:formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship,utilizationof our Practical Process Improvement (PPI)methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. OurFLDPoffers a starting salary of$80,000in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.
