Genoskin is a rapidly growing biotechnology company with operations in Toulouse (France), Salem, MA (USA), and expanding into Asia. We specialize in ex vivo human skin models and immune cell platforms used in advanced, ethical, and human-relevant preclinical research. Our proprietary technologies enable pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetics companies to test drugs, vaccines, and topicals using real human tissue — reducing reliance on animal models and bringing greater scientific relevance to drug development.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of Genoskin's services across North America, with a focus on the New England territory. This is a high-impact, autonomous role sitting at the intersection of science and commercial development. The BDM manages the full sales cycle — from prospecting and scientific positioning through proposal, negotiation, and closing — while building lasting relationships with pharma, biotech, and biopharma partners.

Main Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and account development.
Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, study leads, executive teams, and outsourcing partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle in close collaboration with internal scientific, operations, and commercial teams.
Represent Genoskin at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and territory business plans.
Provide field intelligence to Marketing, R&D, and Operations to inform product and service development.

Who We're Looking For

Based in the Boston area, with regular presence at our Salem, MA office and the ability to travel 40–70% within the territory.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotech, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in scientific sales or business development within a CRO, biotech, or pharma environment; prior experience selling services (as opposed to products) is a plus.
Sufficient scientific fluency to engage credibly with R&D teams and study leads on Genoskin's technology and study design.
A track record of building trusted, long-term client relationships and managing complex sales cycles autonomously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to pipeline management.
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment is a plus, as is an existing network in dermatology, immunology, or pharmacology.

What We Offer

Base salary: $125,000–$135,000
On-target bonus: 40% (uncapped)
